Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify creative approaches to marketing challenges in support of Park’s outreach, admission, retention, and fundraising goals
  • Create, manage, and implement comprehensive multi-media advertising campaigns in concert with the Director of Communications and Marketing. Platforms include digital, print, radio (commercial and public), podcasts, neighborhood newsletters, online school review sites, and more.
  • Coordinate all-school multi-media buying, including negotiating rates for purchase of time/space with media sales representatives, negotiate high-value placements, and investigate new opportunities. Coordinate production and implementation of direct mail campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with news media and publication representatives.
  • Responsible for creation and submission of online events to various electronic media outlets.
  • Identify opportunities for on-site advertising placement at Baltimore-area venues that provide marketing exposure for Park
  • Print and Digital Production
  • Create, manage production, and support distribution of printed materials for the Communications office, Admission, Development, the Parents’ Association, the academic administration, and academic departments
  • Establish relationships and negotiate contracts with vendors including print service providers, signage companies, and more
  • Facilitate design, editing, revisions, and production for all annual admission materials used for solicitation of prospective families throughout the year
