Job Summary

Own the website governance and content engine for an enterprise brand, coordinating publishing, editorial, and technical teams to deliver current, accessible, and compliant site experiences that support brand objectives.

  • Governance and Collaboration: Align IT, Compliance, Legal, and SMEs to maintain privacy, security, and regulatory standards across the site ecosystem.
  • Content and Optimization: Lead editorial planning, content creation, and SEO/GEO-aligned improvements for corporate sites and related social content.
  • Website Programs: Oversee site changes, redesigns, feature rollouts, and cross-functional project execution to drive consistent user experiences.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Website Management: Execute and oversee website changes, ensuring content is current and aligns with brand standards. Leads website-related projects from concept to execution, including redesigns, new feature rollouts, and content updates, coordinating internal and agency resources.
  • Content Development: Develop and manage editorial calendars for corporate and brand websites. Create and optimize content for corporate and brand websites to improve search engine and generative engine visibility and audience engagement. Create, coordinate and execute supporting social media content as needed. Develop documentation for internal and external contributors to ensure consistent content practices for execution online.
  • Copywriting: Write and edit copy for web using SEO, GEO and accessibility best practices as well as other communications channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.
  • Reporting and analytics: Tracks performance and engagement metrics to inform ongoing site structure and content improvements
  • Governance: Coordinates enterprise-wide website governance policies in partnership with IT, Compliance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders. Partners with subject matter experts to ensure digital content reflects current privacy, security, and regulatory expectations. Advises on hosting, content management systems, and third-party integration strategies for the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in website management, digital communications, or content strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging and brand-consistent copy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and stay up to date on new tools, technologies and industry trends and an ability to quickly adapt to changes.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, Adobe graphic design and video editing tools. Basic knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices is beneficial.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
