Job Description

Responsibilities

Directs and executes the Foundation’s communications and marketing strategy, aligning messaging and campaigns with fundraising and College priorities
Defines and manages brand identity, voice, and messaging to ensure consistency and strengthen positioning
Develops and produces key communications materials, including donor communications, impact stories, campaigns, presentations, and reports
Manages digital platforms, including website, email marketing, and social media, to drive engagement and visibility
Partners with Foundation leadership and development staff to support fundraising, donor engagement, and Board communications
Prepares press materials and coordinate with the College’s Office of Communications and Media Relations
Tracks performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness
Provides direction to supporting staff and vendors, managing workflows to ensure high-quality and timely execution
Identifies opportunities to enhance communications through new tools, trends, and best practices
Works closely with the Foundation leadership to align presidential messaging with broader institutional campaigns

Requirements

Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and three (3) years of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and seven (7) years of related experience
All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
