Job Summary

Own the creation and coordination of content across social media, website features, and outreach initiatives, while supporting analytics, campaigns, and internal communications.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, drafting, and scheduling content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Write client success features for website, newsletters and fundraising communications
  • Help create graphics, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Conduct research to support marketing campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Track media and social engagement analytics and prepare reports
  • Help manage website updates and maintain media archive
  • Assist with internal communications and special event promotion
  • Support video and photography projects as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with social media platforms and content strategies
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Passion for nonprofit work and commitment to inclusion
