Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage social media content calendars, posting and engagement across company and leadership channels using Hootsuite Amplify
  • Create and manage content for web properties, including team pages, expert bios, service pages, and press releases
  • Plan and execute companywide events from idea to day-of coordination, including client events and internal meetings
  • Manage internal and external email campaigns and report on performance
  • Support public relations efforts including awards submissions, thought leadership, press releases, and media outreach/pitching
  • Create internal communications such as employee newsletters, office displays, and presentation materials
  • Partner with brokerage teams to support marketing plan execution
  • Capture and edit photo and video content and write both short and long-form marketing materials
  • Stay current on marketing and communications trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in marketing or communications, either in-house or at an agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Hootsuite Amplify, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • A collaborative mindset with a balance of creativity, empathy, and follow-through
