Responsibilities

• Supporting marketing and public relations efforts for the tournament
• Assisting with community outreach and local partner engagement
• Helping coordinate event planning logistics and tournament activities
• Supporting sponsorship activation and fulfillment of sponsor benefits
• Assisting with volunteer coordination and communications
• Supporting vendor management and event logistics
• Providing general administrative and operational support leading up to and during the tournament

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• On-site availability according to schedule: April – May 15: 4–12 hours per week; May 18 – May 31: 30 hours per week; June 1 – June 12: 4–12 hours per week
• Standard Hours Per Week: 20.00
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid
• Work Schedule: Variable
