Responsibilities

• Marketing Management
• Serve as lead staff member for in-house marketing efforts for both members and Chamber partners
• Manage both Yountville.com and YountvilleChamber.com
• Blog writing
• Social Media
• Member Engagement Management
• Manage the Chamber's membership database and ensure information is up to date
• Coordinate Onboardings with the Chamber's President & CEO

Requirements

• College degree or 1+ year of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience with MS Office suite software and CRM software
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is public facing and interacts with people on a daily basis
• Possesses the ability to think creatively in order to generate new marketing ideas and problem solve in strategic ways
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to handle rescheduling meetings as needed
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Must have a valid California’s Drivers License
