Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with donor management, including creation of appeals, acknowledgement letters and stewardship reports.
  • Create engaging and clear content for social media platforms.
  • Coordinate and manage volunteers within select programs.
  • Coordinate and support events and community engagement activities to strengthen stakeholder relationships and promote organizational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all communication channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred

  • Proven experience in communications, public relations, or community engagement roles.
  • Experience with graphic design software.
  • Background in nonprofit or public sector communications.
  • Experience organizing community events or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
