Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation of acknowledgements, newsletters, and other donor-facing communications.
• Modify and co-manage reports regularly.
• Support the planning and execution of CHOICES’ participation in the Memphis Pride Fest 2026.
• Develop strategies for connecting college/university students in Memphis and Carbondale with CHOICES services.
• Coordinate volunteer trainings and management throughout the summer.
• Support and manage Development materials and inventory.
• Other Development and Communication tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Background in Communications or strong interest in one or more of the following areas: Marketing, Fundraising, Volunteer Management, Public Health, Project Management, and/or Nonprofit sector
• Current collegiate student, 2026 collegiate graduate, or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding writing and editing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for the mission of CHOICES: Center for Reproductive Health and the services we provide

Preferred

• Previous experience in graphic design, volunteering, and/or data management is a plus.
