Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain metrics dashboards to track the performance of communication initiatives across multiple platforms (digital, social media, email, events, web, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a database that tracks stakeholder engagement across communications platforms (digital, social media, email, events, web, etc.) such as a CRM or similar.
  • Analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the StratComm team to establish KPIs for campaigns and projects.
  • Identify trends and insights from data to recommend strategies for improving communication outcomes.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other audience research to understand stakeholder perceptions and needs.
  • Create detailed reports and visualizations to present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with trends in data analytics and communication technologies to continuously improve data strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, communications, marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a communications, marketing, or public relations environment.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social media metrics, SEO, and audience analysis.
  • Exceptional skills in data visualization and storytelling, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with survey design and analysis.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and their application to data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the defense or government sector is a plus.
  • MUST hold an active Secret clearance.
