Responsibilities

• Support work across events, creative projects, production support, client communication, marketing activity, and project coordination.
• Maintain calendars, briefs, assets, status trackers, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare, review, schedule, or coordinate content, campaigns, communications, or event materials.
• Track activity and performance indicators and prepare updates for internal or client review.
• Coordinate deadlines and handoffs with teammates, clients, vendors, venues, or creative partners as appropriate.
• Quality-check deliverables and keep campaign, communication, or event records organized.

Requirements

• Strong written communication, organization, and deadline management.
• Comfort learning marketing, social, content, analytics, spreadsheet, or project tools.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and maintain accurate status information.
• clear communication with teammates, clients, customers, or vendors.

Preferred

• Portfolio or direct experience is useful where relevant, but transferable project or communication experience can also qualify.
