Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the comprehensive communication strategy ensuring it aligns with the club’s goals and enhances member engagement.
  • Create and manage content for all communication channels, including social media, the club website, lifestyle magazine, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • Write, edit, and distribute content that promotes club events, news, and achievements.
  • Manage the club’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
  • Oversee the production of print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local media and press contacts.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases and other media materials to promote the club and its events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries.
  • Create, coordinate and manage communication with members, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information regarding club activities and news.
  • Attend member events to gather content for both Social media and historical capture.
  • Gather feedback from members to improve communication efforts.
  • Collaborate with Department Heads to promote club events and activities.
  • Develop marketing materials and campaigns to drive attendance and participation in club events.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotional efforts.
  • Maintain and enhance the club’s brand identity and ensure all communications are in line with the club’s branding guidelines.
  • Oversee the use of the club’s logo and other branding elements in all communications.
  • Continuously assess and improve the club’s communication efforts to ensure they meet the needs of the members and the club’s objectives.
  • Manage and oversee Front Desk Concierge team, as well as Marketing/Communications Internship program
