Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting and editing internal and external communications
• Support content creation for marketing materials and campaigns
• Help coordinate brand communications
• Proofread and edit team materials for grammar and brand alignment
• Assist with the creation of basic graphics, flyers and promotional assets
• Conduct research to support communication strategies
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and reports
• Monitor online reviews and engagement
• Track brand mentions and assist with response campaigns
• Compile reports on communication and proposal performance

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a professional office and/or internship.
• Writing Skills: Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail and strong proofreading ability.
• Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign). Familiarity with Responsive and Salesforce helpful but not required.
• Digital Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn and email platforms such as Constant Contact.
• Design/Web: Creativity and basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
• Soft Skills: Strong organization and time-management skills and a collaborative team mindset.
