Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and community campaigns professionally
• Engage with community members, donors, customers, and supporters
• Share information about charitable programs and fundraising initiatives
• Support live events, promotional campaigns, and outreach activities
• Create positive experiences through face-to-face interactions
• Assist with event materials, campaign support, and attendee engagement
• Build relationships with supporters and community members
• Collect feedback to improve campaign effectiveness
• Maintain a positive and professional brand presence
• Participate in training focused on communication, marketing, fundraising, and leadership

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• College experience preferred but not required
• Must be 18+ years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Full-time availability

Preferred

• Previous experience is not required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, volunteering, or community outreach is a plus.
