Communications Assistant

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a communication strategy focused on client outreach and retention
• Answer phones, respond to texts, DMs, and emails with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule and organize service appointments with precision
• Greet clients in person and make them feel like they came to the right place
• Create email marketing content that connects with clients and drives action
• Manage and assist with social media (Instagram, Facebook, and more)
• Prescreen clients to identify the right service candidates
• Follow up with leads consistently, reliably, and without being asked twice
• Help maintain brand standards and quality across all communications
• Support Jordan and Lindsay with day-to-day operational needs as they arise

Requirements

• 3+ years preferred in communications, writing, or an assistant role
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and communication skills
• Good with technology (CRM tools, email, Instagram, Facebook — nothing exotic)
• You don\u2019t need someone looking over your shoulder to do your job
• You think \"coachable\" is a compliment, not a criticism
• You\u2019re comfortable in a small, close-knit team where your work visibly matters
• Bachelor\u2019s (Preferred)
• Customer support: 2 years (Preferred)
• Ability to Commute: Elkhart, IN 46514 (Required)
