Job Description

Responsibilities

The Junior Construction Estimator will support the estimating team by assisting with quantity takeoffs, document review, and proposal preparation.

Requirements

Basic understanding of building construction components and construction activities
Ability to assist with takeoffs, estimates, and bid preparation
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong desire to meet challenging schedules and deadlines
Competitive, motivated mindset with a strong work ethic
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Proven people skills and professional demeanor
Ability to learn quickly and multitask as needed

Preferred

Prior field or hands-on construction experience is a plus
