Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Pulls and compiles regular website analytics reports (monthly, semester, annually) using Google Analytics.
  • Monitors Google Search Console for search performance trends and possible issues.
  • Builds and maintains reporting dashboards on Looker Studio to help internal stakeholders understand website performance metrics.
  • Conductsperiodic website content audits, identifying low-traffic pages, outdated content, and broken links.
  • Identifies trends in user behavior, search queries, and content performance.
  • Assists with campaign tracking, when necessary.
  • Prepares summaries of findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborates with web, design, editorial, and other stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable items.
  • Handles other special projects and related duties as assigned.
  • General duties: Under supervision, performs miscellaneous clerical, administrative, research or other work related to the operation of a College or other unit where such work is required on a part-time basis or for a period of limited duration.

Requirements

  • Must demonstrate sufficient skills to perform the duties of the assigned tasks.

Preferred

  • Experience working with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience working with Looker Studio or similar dashboard tools.
  • Familiarity working with data and spreadsheets, including organizing and summarizing findings.
  • Familiarity with SEO.
  • Willingness to work independently, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Well-organized and detail oriented.
