Support international cultural exchange events by coordinating content, social-media tasks, and on-site logistics.

Assist with content gathering, UGC approval, and event content logistics.
Experience with or ability to learn CapCut and project tools like Asana.
On-site support at National Meeting (Nov 6–8, 2026) and cross-functional collaboration.

Participate in campaign ideation and creation targeted at young people in 25+ countries worldwide and host families in the U.S.
Identify and permission great user-generated content (UGC) on social media
Review content submitted and organize as needed
Catalog and organize existing photo and video library
Assist with social media takeover program
Review and respond to direct messages as needed
Process expense reports from event attendees in a timely and accurate manner
Perform venue research and request proposals or price quotes as needed
Answer questions from event and attendees over email in a timely manner
Attend our National Meeting event from November 6-8, 2026 and provide on-site support as needed

Experience with or aptitude for learning video editing apps like CapCut and project management systems like Asana or Trello
You are extremely organized and adept at learning and using digital tools to get projects completed
You strongly believe that cultural exchange makes the world a better place
You love social media, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn
You enjoy writing and you’re a strong written and verbal communicator
You are an enthusiastic team player and love to collaborate on projects with peers and team leaders, while also able to work independently toward a clear set of goals
