Responsibilities - Lead integrated marketing projects for gaming and entertainment clients across North America. - Independently develop campaign planning proposals and presentation materials for clients. - Manage influencer marketing and event marketing campaigns from kickoff to delivery. - Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and seamless project execution. - Serve as the key point of contact for clients during project execution. - Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and quality control. - Prepare post-campaign reports, performance recaps, and insights. - Identify follow-up collaboration opportunities and support long-term client relationship growth. - Stay updated on gaming, creator economy, and digital marketing industry trends. Requirements - Passion for gaming; active interest in the gaming industry or gaming culture is required. - Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and verbal communication). - Ability to work and collaborate effectively within Pacific Time Zone (PST/PDT) business hours. Candidates based in Irvine, California are strongly preferred. - Must possess valid U.S. work authorization / visa sponsorship not provided. - 3+ years of experience in account management, integrated marketing, influencer marketing, event marketing, or related fields. - Ability to independently manage client communications and project execution. - Strong presentation, coordination, and project management skills. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset.
