About the Role

This isn't a traditional "account manager" position.

You'll become the bridge between our clients and our internal team, helping projects stay organized, communication stay proactive, and clients feel confident every step of the way.

You'll work alongside designers, developers, SEO strategists, content writers, and leadership to keep projects moving while building long-term client relationships.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems before they become problems, and genuinely enjoys helping people succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and communication
• Lead kickoff meetings and monthly strategy calls
• Provide proactive updates throughout projects
• Help clients understand recommendations and next steps
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience

Project Coordination

• Keep website and SEO projects on schedule
• Coordinate internal teams and priorities
• Monitor deadlines and deliverables
• Prepare meeting agendas and recap notes
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Help improve internal processes and documentation

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and leadership
• Assist with project planning and resource coordination
• Help identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions
• Support continuous process improvement as we grow

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years in an agency, marketing, project management, customer success, or account management role
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with project management software (Bonsai, Monday.com, etc.)
• Comfortable learning new technology and AI tools

Bonus Points

• Manufacturing or industrial marketing experience
• Website project experience
• SEO knowledge
• HubSpot or CRM experience
• Webflow or WordPress familiarity
• AI workflow experience
