Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships through consistent communication, follow-ups, and support to ensure satisfaction and retention
Oversee daily operations of the marketing department and sales staff, ensuring performance goals are met
Handle high-volume phone and email correspondence across multiple inboxes with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain detailed tracking systems to monitor client progress and internal workflows
Support bookkeeping functions including commission calculations, payment processing, and PTO tracking
Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO, including operational and strategic assistance
Utilize AI tools to assist in creating marketing materials and improving workflow efficiency

Requirements

3+ years experience in marketing, operations, administrative support, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing high-volume communications (email, phone, etc.)
Familiarity with bookkeeping or administrative financial tasks preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general business tools
Experience with AI tools for content creation is a plus
