Responsibilities

• Agent Onboarding & Lifetime Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new agents joining the Los Angeles region, guiding them step by step through onboarding and bringing them into company culture.
• Meet one-on-one with agents to understand their needs and train them on company technology.
• Import each new agent's contacts and past clients into the company CRM, cleaning and organizing their database so it is ready on day one.
• Set up agent accounts, profiles and access across all company technology and back-office tools.
• Introduce agents to everything Equity Union offers, including Wonderland Escrow, Premier Plus Lending, our title company, DoUCopy and company marketing resources.
• Hold regular check-ins after onboarding and support agents throughout their time with the company, not just their first 90 days.
• CRM, Database & Technology Adoption
• Act as the regional expert on the company CRM and train agents to use it to grow their business.
• Make back-office and support tools easy to use by simplifying processes, building how-to guides and answering questions in person.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in customer service, client services or hospitality.
• Highly tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms; proficient on both PC and Mac.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and how they drive business results.
• Strong grammar, spelling and composition.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance; able to drive to multiple office locations.
• Able to work fully in person; this is not a remote position.

Preferred

• Experience with email marketing platforms, especially Constant Contact and Brevo.
• Experience with database management, Google Business Profile and QR code tools.
• Real estate industry experience or knowledge.
