Responsibilities

• Lifecycle & CRM Execution
• Build and optimize lifecycle workflows within platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Implement lead capture, qualification, and follow-up systems
• Create and manage automated campaigns (email, nurture, re-engagement)
• Structure pipelines and lifecycle stages aligned with real-world sales processes
• Ensure clean data flow, tracking, and reporting across systems
• Campaign Execution & Content
• Develop and deploy marketing campaigns across email, landing pages, and social channels
• Create and manage content including emails, newsletters, and campaign assets
• Collaborate with design and strategy teams on messaging and execution

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in MedTech, healthcare, or B2B environments (excluding academic coursework);
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.);
• Experience executing campaigns across email, landing pages, and digital channels;
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and lead conversion;
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action;
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients or cross-functional teams;
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives;

• Agency or consulting experience
• Experience with paid channels (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
• Exposure to healthcare, medical devices, or regulated environments
