Job Summary

Own revenue outcomes, drive expansion across accounts, and align client feedback with product to accelerate growth.

  • Lead on revenue with accountability for NDR and quota.
  • Expand post-sale, advocating for budgets and new product adoption.
  • Develop senior relationships and coordinate with leadership when needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own a revenue number. You're goaled on NDR against your book, with individual quota and individual accountability.
  • Sell after the sale. Identify expansion opportunities, build the case for increased budgets, drive adoption of new products and platforms as we launch them, and defend our share against incumbent agencies and channels competing for the same dollars.
  • Multi-thread across your accounts. Build relationships beyond your day-to-day contact, get to senior marketers and decision-makers, and know when to pull in leadership for top-down pressure.
  • Convert measurement into investment. Our clients validate creator spend through MMM, lift studies, and platform attribution that don't always agree. You'll navigate that landscape and sequence commercial asks around what a client's measurement will support.
  • Manage a full portfolio. Know where the growth is in your book, keep every account healthy, catch drift before the client tells you, and reactivate churned accounts.
  • Be the conduit between clients and product. You're the conduit between market and product. What you learn in client conversations steers what we build.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years in client-facing roles in advertising or media with demonstrated individual ownership of revenue outcomes.
  • Real expansion wins you personally sourced and closed, at-risk accounts you saved, and budget you won before the performance data existed to justify it. Specific accounts, figures, and outcomes.
  • Senior client presence. You've built relationships with directors and VPs of marketing, you can hold a strategic conversation with a decision-maker, and you know how to earn the room.
  • Autonomy in execution. You run your book day to day without hand-holding, spot opportunities in your accounts, and bring leadership recommendations rather than open questions. You'll calibrate the biggest commercial calls with your manager, and over time you'll make more of them alone.
  • Deep fluency in ad platforms and performance data.
  • Comfort operating without a safety net. We’re a start-up that wants to move fast, we want someone that has the confidence to identify opportunities and the conviction to act quickly.

Preferred

  • You've worked at a two-sided network or marketplace and understand the dynamics of balancing supply and demand.
  • You've worked in creator, influencer, or affiliate marketing.
  • You've made AI a genuine part of your workflow, not a talking point.
  • You're a self-starter who narrows the aperture to what moves the business.
  • You understand Agentio builds in person and is in office 5 days a week in New York.

Agentio

Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes. We’re on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever’s CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators—Unilever is among the world’s largest advertisers, spending around $9–10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels.Agentio has raised $56M to date at a $340M valuation, including a recent Series B led by Forerunner, which followed our Series A within a calendar year. Our investors also include Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Agentio has been named to Forbes’ Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025, and our platform is already used and loved by the world’s leading marketers and creators. We are just getting started!
