Responsibilities

• The CMO will lead the development and execution of the company's global marketing strategy, aligning marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Responsibilities include overseeing market planning and research, managing marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, creating impactful public relations strategies, and supporting sales efforts through targeted marketing initiatives.
• The CMO will work closely with the executive leadership team to guide growth strategies and develop innovative approaches to reach broader markets.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Market Planning and Market Research for understanding industry trends and identifying growth opportunities
• Strong skills in Public Relations and brand management aimed at enhancing the company's reputation and stakeholder relationships
• Comprehensive experience in Marketing Management, including campaign development and execution
• Leadership in Sales strategies to support business development and customer acquisition
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic decision-making and deliver tangible business outcomes
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in navigating complex healthcare markets and a deep understanding of oncology or diagnostic services is a plus
• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration) and significant experience in senior marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare sector
