Job Summary

Own growth strategy for CT and X-ray, lead portfolio storytelling and creative direction, drive commercialization, and build a high‑performing global marketing team.

  • Define growth strategy using customer insight and market dynamics
  • Create a differentiated CT and X‑ray portfolio narrative for launches
  • Lead global marketing, product management and cross‑functional execution

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Growth and Portfolio Strategy
  • Help define and implement the growth strategy for CT and X-ray.
  • You will bring together customer insight, market dynamics, competitive intelligence and business performance to help answer practical questions: Where can we grow? Which customers and markets matter most? Where are we differentiated? Where do we need to improve? What should we prioritize?
  • Portfolio Story and Creative Direction
  • Create a clear, differentiated story for the CT and X-ray portfolio.
  • These are complex technologies, but the customer story cannot be complex. The CMO will translate product roadmaps, clinical evidence and technical innovation into ideas that are simple, relevant and memorable.
  • This includes setting the narrative for the business, developing strong creative platforms for major launches and ensuring individual product stories add up to a coherent CT and X-ray story. The expectation is not simply more content. It is better thinking, stronger ideas and work that makes customers care.
  • Commercialization and Growth
  • Turn marketing strategy into business results.
  • The CMO will lead the marketing approach for new product launches, pricing, installed-base programs and broader growth initiatives. You will work closely with product, regional marketing and commercial teams to build customer awareness, strengthen preference and accelerate adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Bioengineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ten or more years of marketing experience, including product marketing
  • Experience leading global teams
  • Experience in product launches, commercialization, pricing or portfolio strategy
  • Healthcare or medical technology experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
  • Experience in Imaging, Radiology, CT or adjacent healthcare technology markets
  • Product management, sales or regional marketing experience
  • Experience developing portfolio, launch or brand campaigns
  • Experience leading creative teams, agencies or integrated marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, positioning, pricing and lifecycle management
  • Proven ability to lead change and work effectively across a matrixed organization

Benefits

  • GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
