Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own TOI’s global brand and positioning strategy
- Build and manage growth, content, social, PR, and ecosystem marketing teams
- Oversee launch campaigns, ecosystem activations, and GTM execution
- Build relationships with KOLs, media, exchanges, partners, and institutional stakeholders
- Develop scalable acquisition and community growth systems
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling a crypto, fintech, AI, or infrastructure company
- Strong network and understanding of Web3 markets and institutional narratives
- Experience leading high-performance marketing teams
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to operate in high-speed startup environments
