Job Description

Responsibilities

  • lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for Church116, driving growth and enhancing the organization's brand presence.
  • Responsibilities include creating and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, conducting market research, managing public relations efforts, overseeing marketing teams, and collaborating with sales teams to align goals and optimize performance.
  • The CMO will play a strategic role in driving innovative initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Expertise in Public Relations and Marketing Management to build and execute brand awareness campaigns
  • Experience in Sales strategies to support the integration of marketing and sales efforts
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a proven track record in a marketing leadership role
  • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations and cross-functional collaboration
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Experience in digital marketing, branding, and data-driven decision-making processes is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous
