Responsibilities

• This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Marketing Officer.
• The CMO will lead the marketing department, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Key responsibilities include overseeing market planning, conducting market research, managing public relations campaigns, creating and executing marketing plans, and collaborating with sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
• The role involves working closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the company's vision and objectives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify customer needs and trends
• Experience in Public Relations to manage media relationships and brand reputation
• Strong Marketing Management and Sales skills to lead campaigns and support business growth
• Proven experience in setting measurable marketing goals and achieving results
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with diverse teams
• Experience in the insurance or benefits industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
