We are seeking a world-class Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help lead the next phase of growth for the company. This role is ideal for a high-caliber finance and accounting leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the operational dynamics of the agency and services industry, and can serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and leadership team.

Position Overview

The CFO will oversee all financial operations of Youtech, including accounting, financial planning & analysis, cash flow management, forecasting, strategic finance, operational reporting, banking relationships, and long-term financial strategy.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with strategic financial leadership and has prior experience within an agency, professional services, consulting, or high-growth entrepreneurial environment.

This individual must be highly analytical, operationally minded, detail-oriented, and capable of helping scale the company efficiently while improving profitability and financial visibility across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Finance & Leadership
  • Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership team on company strategy, growth planning, and operational decision-making
  • Develop long-term financial models, forecasts, and growth scenarios
  • Lead annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
  • Provide strategic recommendations on investments, acquisitions, hiring, pricing, and profitability optimization
  • Build KPI dashboards and financial reporting systems that improve visibility across departments
Accounting & Financial Operations
  • Oversee all accounting operations including:
  • General ledger
  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Revenue recognition
  • Payroll
  • Month-end and year-end close
  • Tax coordination
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Manage audits, tax filings, compliance, and internal controls
  • Improve accounting systems, processes, and automation
Agency & Services Financial Management
  • Monitor agency utilization, margins, client profitability, and operational efficiency
  • Analyze project-based and retainer-based revenue models
  • Help optimize pricing structures, staffing models, and resource allocation
  • Partner with department leaders to improve financial accountability and performance
Cash Flow & Capital Management
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital planning
  • Oversee banking relationships and financing strategies
  • Ensure strong financial discipline and liquidity management
  • Evaluate opportunities for expansion, investment, or strategic partnerships
Team & Infrastructure
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting function
  • Develop scalable financial infrastructure to support company growth
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience
  • Prior experience in an agency, marketing services, consulting, or professional services environment
  • Strong background in both accounting and strategic finance
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Financial statements
  • Cash flow management
  • Forecasting and FP&A
  • Revenue recognition
  • Operational finance
  • Experience managing high-growth organizations
  • Exceptional analytical and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and executive presence
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Preferred
  • CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
  • Experience scaling a company from mid-size to larger enterprise stages
  • Experience with M&A, fundraising, or private equity environments
  • Familiarity with agency KPIs including utilization, contribution margins, and client profitability
  • Experience implementing financial systems and operational dashboards
