Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will oversee all aspects of the business, including financial management, operations, strategic planning, sales growth, and business planning. They will lead the organization towards achieving strategic goals, drive overall business performance, and ensure the long-term success of the company while focusing on innovation and fostering strong stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

• Finance and Business Planning expertise, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven skills in Strategic Planning and the ability to set and execute both short and long-term organizational goals.
• Experience in Operations Management, including optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and process improvements.
• Strong background in Sales, with a focus on business development and driving revenue growth.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including effective communication, decision-making, and team development skills.
• Proficiency in building partnerships and managing key stakeholder relationships.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within marketing, communications, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
