Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Corporate Narrative & Brand Positioning: Develop and refine the corporate story and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Media & Public Relations: Build a world-class PR function and elevate executive visibility.
  • Internal Communications & Culture: Align employees around company priorities and support change management.
  • Crisis & Reputation Management: Lead crisis communications planning and response.
  • Government & Regulatory Messaging: Partner with Legal/Public Affairs to ensure consistent compliance messaging.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive communications leadership experience.
  • Experience scaling communications at a high-growth consumer, tech, gaming, or entertainment company.
  • Strong understanding of regulated industries preferred.
  • Proven crisis management experience.
  • Exceptional executive presence and board-level influence.
