Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at events, community outreach campaigns, and promotional activities
• Engage with members of the public and share information about charitable programs and initiatives
• Assist with fundraising efforts and supporter acquisition campaigns
• Build positive relationships with donors, community members, and team members
• Help execute marketing strategies and event-based campaigns
• Participate in training sessions focused on communication, leadership, and campaign development
• Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic presence while representing nonprofit causes

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or fundraising is helpful but not required
