Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute strategic channel marketing plans — Annual plans include product launches, advertising, merchandising, promotions, sponsorships, PR, social media, and marketing materials in collaboration with Marketing, Key Account Managers, and customers.
  • Create marketing assets — Develop and refresh POP, video, photography, sales enablement tools, and end-user content tailored to target audiences.
  • Drive lead generation — Execute digital campaigns using industry-leading tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Deliver product training — Provide internal and external training on products, applications, and installation best practices; coordinate internally with Technical Services and Building Science teams.
  • Enable field sales success — Recommend tools, processes, and platforms that support residential market needs and sales performance.
  • Manage digital presence — Oversee all channel and stakeholder content across ROCKWOOL digital platforms and third-party sites.
  • Plan advertising & media strategy — Create annual advertising and media plans with agency partners that support brand messaging and residential channel goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics — Track monthly/quarterly sales targets by product, channel, and customer; measure marketing contribution to revenue and growth targets.
  • Provide market insights — Share field feedback and market research with Product Management on new products, positioning, and business planning.
  • Support Training & Enablement — Coordinate development of training materials and sales tools across Marketing, Product Management, Technical Services, and Building Science.
