Job Summary

This role leads end-to-end offline and emerging growth activations, collaborates with Brand and Analytics, and owns affiliate channel growth. It requires strong growth acumen, comfort with ambiguity, and an analytics mindset. Preferred traits include a builder mentality, experimentation bias, and curiosity about non-obvious channels. The benefits reflect a comprehensive perks package.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of new, performance-oriented offline and emerging growth activations (e.g., direct mail, in-flight/airport media, insert programs, non-traditional partnerships), from opportunity definition and vendor selection through testing, measurement, and scale decisions.
  • Partner with Brand and Analytics to align creative and evaluate results, with accountability for incremental growth impact.
  • Design and document roadmap for launching, evaluating, and scaling new growth opportunities.
  • Lead test-and-learn initiatives, turning experiments into clear case studies and recommendations for broader rollout.
  • Own and evolve the affiliate channel, with a focus on incremental growth, not just capturing existing demand.
  • Manage and challenge our affiliate agency, setting expectations, evaluating performance, and improving efficiency and impact.
  • Develop frameworks to assess when affiliate acts as a growth lever vs. a promotional tool and recommend the right strategy accordingly.
  • Partner with pricing, analytics, and marketing to support and evaluate specific growth initiatives and promotional opportunities, ensuring discounting and incentives drive incremental business value.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to broader promotional strategy based on learnings from tests and new channel initiatives.
  • Continuously test hypotheses, identify trends, and refine our approach to finding the next growth opportunity.

Requirements

  • Strong business and growth acumen, with experience launching or owning growth initiatives, channels, or partnerships.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity—excited by open-ended problems and building structure where none exists.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance, forecast outcomes, and translate insights into action.
  • Experience testing new ideas and documenting results in a way that others can learn from and replicate.
  • Clear communicator who can align stakeholders around priorities and next steps.

Preferred

  • A builder’s mentality, you like starting things, proving them out, and scaling what works.
  • Bias toward experimentation, learning, and iteration.
  • Ability to operate like an owner, taking accountability for outcomes—not just outputs.
  • Curiosity about offline, non-obvious, and underexplored growth channels.

Benefits

  • Free eye exams for your entire family
  • Deep discounts on lenses, glasses, and other services
  • Amazing healthcare coverage
  • 401(k) match
  • Flexible PTO
  • Tuition reimbursement program
  • In-house restaurant with highly discounted meals (Steak dinner under $6)
  • Free snacks, ice cream, and drinks every day
  • Full onsite gym
