Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a team of field canvassers responsible for generating qualified leads through door-to-door outreach.
• Performance Management: Set daily/weekly goals, track KPIs, and hold team members accountable to performance standards.
• Coaching & Development: Provide on-the-ground support, shadow team members, and conduct skill development sessions to elevate team effectiveness.
• Route Planning: Create and assign territory maps for canvassing shifts using company tools.
• Lead Oversight: Ensure lead quality by reviewing submissions and providing feedback in real-time.
• Reporting & Communication: Deliver daily performance summaries to leadership and participate in weekly team meetings.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in hiring and onboarding new canvassers to maintain a full team.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or face-to-face lead generation.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, and drive results.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and route-mapping tools.
• Attitude: High energy, reliable, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Mobility: Ability to walk and canvass for extended periods and work in varied weather conditions.
• Availability: Willing to work evenings and weekends based on peak outreach times.
