Job Summary

Own Southern New Jersey retail activation for The Clear, driving on-site trainings, demos, displays, and brand programs while building store-level relationships and tracking outcomes.

  • Field Activation & Training: lead budtender trainings, in-store demos, and consumer events.
  • Retail Partnerships: manage relationships with budtenders, store staff, and sales teams to support sell-through and promotions.
  • Program Execution & Measurement: install displays, deploy assets, track activities in Salesforce, and report event results.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Represent The Clear at dispensaries, retail events, trade shows, pop-ups, and promotional activations
  • Conduct engaging product and budtender trainings
  • Execute in-store demonstrations and consumer engagement events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with budtenders, store managers, and retail staff
  • Install and maintain branded displays, merchandising materials, and promotional assets
  • Drive awareness of promotions, contests, and brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales teams and retail partners to support product sell-through
  • Prospect and identify opportunities within existing and new retail accounts
  • Attend community and industry events as a brand ambassador
  • Track activities, contacts, and event outcomes within Salesforce
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in retail, events, field marketing, promotions, customer engagement, cannabis, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or brand ambassador roles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable speaking to groups and conducting trainings
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a travel schedule
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to obtain a New Jersey Cannabis Employee ID Card
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Cannabis industry experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Experience using Canva, Learn Brands, Sparkplug, or similar platforms
  • Budtender education and retail merchandising experience
