Responsibilities

• Represent FitzCanna at retail events, pop-ups, and in-store promotions across Massachusetts
• Educate dispensary staff and consumers on FitzCanna Partners’ product line, brand values, and current promotions
• Build strong, lasting relationships with budtenders, store staff, and retail partners
• Merchandize and maintain product visibility in-store, ensuring optimal brand presentation
• Provide professional, knowledgeable customer service and answer product-related questions
• Gather and report field insights, customer feedback, and sales activity to internal teams
• Maintain a polished, on-brand presence and uphold company standards at all times

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 1–2 years experience in sales, brand representation, customer service, or retail preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with travel throughout Massachusetts and working on evenings/weekends
• Highly organized, self-directed, and professional
• Must be 21+ and compliant with Massachusetts cannabis regulations

Preferred

• Prior cannabis industry experience or personal cannabis knowledge is a strong plus
• Spanish speaking a plus
