Job Description
Responsibilities
- Recruiting ambassadors from Greek life, clubs, and student organizations at your school
- Training your team on client talking points, data collection, and professionalism
- Scheduling and staffing tabling sessions around campus availability
- Running quality control — making sure signups are real, conversations are genuine, and the brand is represented well
- Reporting session results and campus insights back to our operations team
- Problem-solving on the ground — weather, permits, slow days, team no-shows — you handle it
Requirements
- Current college student at a public university (rising sophomore through senior)
- Someone people actually want to talk to — social, confident, and well-connected on campus
- Comfortable managing peers — you'll be hiring, training, and holding people accountable
- Reliable and communicative — you're running real operations with real client expectations
- No prior marketing experience required. We train you on everything. What we can't teach is hustle, social skills, and the ability to lead a team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — this isn't a sit-at-a-desk internship, you're building something
Preferred
- Involvement in Greek life, student government, clubs, or organizations with large networks is a strong plus
