Job Summary

Lead a founding campus chapter by building community, storytelling, and operations across Connector, Storyteller, and Builder roles.

  • Standout: Mentorship from the founder and the chance to shape a founding movement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build a chapter from scratch — hosting journaling meetups, group hikes in nature, sober dance parties, talks on spirituality, and self-discovery workshops.
  • Connector (Community Manager) — rally people, reach out to student orgs, show up to campus events, build relationships that bring people into the chapter; own community growth, partnerships with other orgs, and recruiting; receive training on holding space, coaching others, and leading events.
  • Storyteller (Marketing and Content Creator) — document what the chapter is building by filming events, writing posts, creating content that makes other students want to be part of it; own content and the story of your chapter; receive training on digital storytelling, filming, and content creation.
  • Builder (Operations Lead) — coordinate logistics, track what’s working, ensure nothing falls through the cracks; own operations, planning, and chapter health; receive training on how to organize a team, measure impact, set up AI workflows, and more.
  • Each role comes with real responsibility and, with our support, an opportunity to build skills you’d only otherwise get as an entrepreneur.
