Responsibilities

• Build the Optwise Campus Network
• Organize approximately one career-focused event or initiative per month, either virtually or on campus
• Connect Students With Career Resources
• Create Campus Career Content
• Share Campus Recruiting Intelligence
• Successful Campus Ambassadors will consistently contribute to areas such as: Building relationships with student organizations; Growing the Optwise campus community; Generating qualified student interest; Increasing participation in career events; Supporting campus partnerships; Creating useful campus content; Sharing valuable recruiting intelligence; Representing Optwise professionally

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a U.S. college or university
• Well connected within your campus community
• Active in student organizations, clubs, or professional communities
• Comfortable meeting and communicating with new people
• Interested in career development, recruiting, consulting, marketing, HR, entrepreneurship, partnerships, or business development
• Organized, proactive, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently
• Interested in building your own professional network
• Undergraduate, Master's, MBA, and PhD students are welcome to apply

Preferred

• Student organization leadership experience
• Event planning experience
• Social media/content creation experience
• Strong LinkedIn presence
• Existing connections with campus organizations
• Experience in marketing, recruiting, sales, partnerships, or community building
