Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Management
  • - Support post-sale execution of advertising campaigns across linear, digital, social, podcast, and owned-and-operated platforms.
  • - Coordinate campaign setup, trafficking, flighting, inventory allocation, and fulfillment activities.
  • - Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance; proactively identify and resolve issues to keep campaigns on track.
  • - Maintain accurate campaign, advertiser, inventory, and order information across company systems.
  • - Support make-goods, liability management, inventory adjustments, and campaign documentation.
  • Sales Support & Account Coordination
  • - Serve as a primary operational resource for Account Executives, Planners, Account Managers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • - Provide timely campaign updates, status reporting, and issue resolution.
  • - Respond to campaign-related inquiries and support client-service efforts through proactive communication and follow-through.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in advertising operations, campaign management, media planning, sales support, traffic, account management, or a related field.
  • Understanding of linear and digital advertising workflows and campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working with reporting, inventory management, and campaign-tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience with advertising and workflow platforms such as GAM, Broadway, JIRA, Teams, Megaphone, Sprout, Smartsheet, or similar tools preferred.
