Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent client campaigns and nonprofit partners in retail locations and events
Interact directly with the public in retail locations and event-based settings
Deliver campaign messaging and educate individuals on charitable initiatives
Build rapport and create meaningful customer interactions to increase support
Assist with sign-ups, donations, and campaign participation
Support the execution of in-person marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
Track daily performance and contribute to overall campaign growth
Travel locally to various retail locations and event sites throughout Miami

Requirements

Strong communication and people skills
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable in face-to-face environments
Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally
Full-time availability
Background in marketing, sales, retail, or customer service is helpful but not required
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus (not required)
