Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility of the role within the division is to support the Marketing head and strategy team with forecasting and tracking costs and legal obligations throughout the proposals and consignment process.
  • Proposal Management
  • - Partner with and effectively manage any projected costs associated with specific marketing campaigns
  • - Work with legal department to appropriately and accurately reflect proposal marketing commitments within client contracts
  • - Manage client facing decks including updates around contractual promises and client-review periods
  • - Work directly with marketing strategy team to ensure that external facing documents align with internal project management tools
  • - Help identify, vet, and engage external vendors as needed for creative marketing campaigns
  • Financial & Commercial Management
  • - Working with Head of Marketing, Americas and Finance Business Partner to prepare, collate and enter the annual Americas Marketing budgets, and any quarterly forecasts
  • - Partner with Finance Business Partner to understand and help manage financials for all Marketing Americas divisions

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Paralegal or legal background highly preferred
  • Strong management experience with established communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and pragmatic approach to financial operational and team matters
  • Model strong and effective working relationships across departments
  • Record of successful driving and implementation of change
  • Collaborative approach to matrixed structure across multiple disciplines, groups and sites
  • Flex between working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong systems expertise in Project Management and Presentation software
  • Familiarity with or ability to learn Christie’s systems including Monday.com, JDE, intranet and website and more
