Job Summary

Own outbound content and enablement for a BD function in a marketing services agency, aligning content, campaigns, and CRM to pipeline and client growth.

Content ownership: outbound emails, case studies, credentials, proposals, and sales enablement materials
Lead-gen storytelling: translate client work into compelling business development narratives and maintain asset libraries
CRM and targeting: manage HubSpot, build target lists, and support pipeline reporting with data hygiene

Responsibilities

Own outbound content and sales enablement assets from emails to proposals.
Develop thought leadership and agency-positioning materials to drive lead generation.
Translate client work into compelling business development stories and maintain content libraries.
Build targeted prospect lists, nurture email streams, and audience-specific messaging.
Collaborate on content strategies for lead generation and relationship development.
Track performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in content marketing, business development marketing, CRM marketing, or related fields
Previous experience within a marketing services agency, communications agency, or client-services environment (REQUIRED)
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM. REQUIRED
Portfolio or writing samples will be required
Understanding of how content, marketing, and sales work together to drive business growth
Experience supporting outbound marketing and lead generation programs

Preferred

Experience creating content for professional services, agencies, consulting firms, or B2B organizations strongly preferred
