Luxuriate Management is currently hiring a Management Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals interested in developing leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and team operations.

This role begins with direct customer interaction and sales responsibilities, with opportunities to take on additional leadership tasks as performance goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in person to present products and services
• Learn and apply sales and customer acquisition strategies
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals
• Participate in training focused on leadership, communication, and business operations
• Assist with team coordination and support as experience is gained

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a structured environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based setting
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation:

• Base pay plus commission opportunities
