Job Summary

Own the local business development engine for behavioral health services by combining relationship management, community outreach, and digital marketing to hit facility growth goals.

  • Territory leadership: manage the Dane, Rock, Green, Jefferson, and Walworth counties to drive referrals and partnerships.
  • Brand and demand: blend ethical marketing and sales methods to create demand for services and enhance the facility image.
  • Cross-functional execution: coordinate with facility operations, referring agencies, and the community to meet business development targets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies
  • Responsible for creating demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods
  • Represent a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community
  • Implement the facility’s strategic sales plan
  • Enhance the facility’s brand/image
  • Effectively manage assigned territory and accounts
  • Work to achieve departmental and facility business development goals
  • Use a combination of relationship management, community outreach, and digital/social media marketing strategies to promote services, and business development goals

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred.
  • BDR market includes Dane, Rock, Green, Jefferson, and Walworth Counties. Knowledge of and existing medical and behavioral health contacts in these areas is a plus.
  • Licensure: Must have a valid driver's license.
