Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term referral partner relationships.
• Visit existing and prospective referral partners on a consistent schedule.
• Introduce businesses to our Rhino Rewards Referral Program.
• Educate referral partners about our Maintenance First Roofing philosophy and services.
• Deliver marketing materials, appreciation gifts, and promotional items.
• Update referral partner information and activity within our CRM.
• Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and industry events.
• Follow up consistently to remain top-of-mind with referral partners.
• Represent Northwest Roof Maintenance with professionalism in every interaction.
• Success in this role is measured by building strong, long-term relationships that generate qualified roofing opportunities.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Comfortable driving throughout Southwest Washington and the Portland metro area.
• Ability to attend 3–4 networking events each month, including occasional evening events.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and high ethical standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
