Own community growth through partnerships and outreach, driving membership gains and meaningful member impact.

Growth ownership: Build partnerships with co-ops and local orgs to expand membership.
Campaign alignment: Coordinate with a marketing partner to attract and retain members.
Relationship deepening: Use member insights to inform growth and boost product adoption.

Build and execute a business development plan that supports membership growth and community impact.
Identify and pursue new membership opportunities through partnerships and outreach.
Develop and maintain relationships with telephone and electric cooperatives, local businesses, and community organizations.
Represent the credit union at community/cooperative events and help plan outreach activities.
Coordinate with our marketing partner to develop campaigns that attract and retain members.
Work with internal teams to promote products and services that meet member needs.
Use member and market insights to recommend and support growth initiatives.
Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships and increase product adoption.

College degree or equivalent work experience.
3–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, community relations, or a related role.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow through.
Must be comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts and following up consistently.
