Job Summary

Own and operate the target account program end-to-end, turning signals into briefs for BD, developing POVs, and running sequenced outreach while keeping the CRM clean and reporting on what\'s working.

  • Own target accounts, briefs, and POV development
  • Build and manage sequenced outreach and intake requests

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Profile target accounts: what they build, what's changing for them, who owns the problem
  • Track signals across engineering, manufacturing, and energy: expansions, funding, regulatory shifts, leadership changes, new plant investment
  • Build and maintain target account and contact lists from paid data sources and manual digging
  • Turn all of it into short, usable briefs the BD team reads before a call
  • Develop a point of view. "Here are ten companies" is data entry. "Skip these six and here's why" is the job.
  • Build and maintain sequenced outreach campaigns
  • Keep the CRM clean and trustworthy, accounts, contacts, activity, stage hygiene
  • Track and report what's working: reply rates, meeting conversion, source quality. Bring the numbers without being asked.
  • Run a single intake queue for marketing requests from BD and leadership, so they arrive prioritized instead of scattered
  • Maintain the shared calendar of campaigns, content, and deadlines

Requirements

  • Evidence of hustle. Something you built, ran, sold, organized, or figured out with no one telling you how. This matters more to us than your resume.
  • Strong written English. You'll be drafting outreach for senior engineers with zero patience for filler.
  • Genuine research ability, start from a company name, end with an informed opinion
  • Comfort living inside software tools. Spreadsheets at a level other people find excessive is a good sign.
  • Organized enough to hold VPs to their commitments without being unpleasant about it

Preferred

  • Any HubSpot exposure
  • Familiarity with technical, engineering, or industrial products
  • Exposure to long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Basic scripting, APIs, or no-code automation
  • On HubSpot: most of our BD activity runs through it. You will be expected to become genuinely expert within your first 90 days. We'll support that, but the drive has to come from you.

Benefits

  • Health Insurance
